Services in this program include (but not limited) to the following:

• Wash all surfaces

• Sweep storage spaces, dust water heater

• High dust removal from ceiling pipes, vents, light fixtures etc.

• Remove all paint/glue/stickers from glass

• Stain removal, scrubbing, dusting and vacuuming of all surfaces including trimming and office furniture

• Remove dust from baseboards and all woodwork

• Polish windows (interior only)

• Remove all labels from fixtures

• Clean all cabinets and shelves (inside and out). Remove construction residue, dust

• Clean all woodwork (doors, frames, baseboards)

• Clean all vanities, vanity mirrors, toilets etc.

• Clean out all drawers, closets and countertops

• Clean light fixtures and switches

• Clean all bathtubs and tub surrounds, shower stalls, sinks and toilets

• Full sanitization of kitchens and bathrooms to make them ready for use

• Clean doors and frames

• Clean all windowsills and frames

• Clean all window tracks and remove residue

• Dust all fireplaces and appliances

• Polish stainless steel appliances

• Floor cleaning, waxing and buffing

• Vacuum all carpeted areas

• Sweep garage, patios, and porches

• Wipe down cabinets and vanity tops
