After your re-clean, if you’re still not satisfied, let us know within 24 hours of the re-clean. We will credit you back your full cost. No questions asked. Solved
Cancellation Policy
What happens if I cancel my appointment with less than 2 business days' notice?
If you don't provide 2 full business days' notice, you will be charged $40-dollar late cancellation fee.
If you cancel your appointment the day of, or we cannot gain access into your home, you will be charged $50 -dollar late cancellation fee.
